DESCRIPTION:\n\n\nWe were proud to take part in Newmarket’s Canada Day ce
 lebrations on Main Street\, connecting with the community and celebrating 
 alongside local residents and businesses.\n\n\n\nOur Active Range Method b
 ooth featured fun fitness challenges\, including plank and grip-strength c
 hallenges\, giving visitors a chance to test their strength and join in on
  the festivities. We also handed out Active Range Method T-shirts througho
 ut the day.\n\n\n\nIt was a fantastic opportunity to meet so many members 
 of the Newmarket community\, create some friendly competition\, and be par
 t of such a memorable local celebration.\n
