We brought mat Pilates to Mazda Newmarket for a special community event hosted by NewRoads. Open to the public, the event offered an opportunity to experience Pilates in a unique setting while connecting with others through movement and wellness.

It was a wonderful opportunity to step outside our studio, meet members of the local community, and share the benefits of movement in a fun and welcoming environment. We were grateful to be part of the event and enjoyed connecting with so many people from the Newmarket community.
