We took Pilates outdoors with a special community mat Pilates event at Fairy Lake Park in Newmarket. Open to the public, the class gave participants the opportunity to move, connect, and enjoy Pilates in the fresh air and beautiful surroundings of the park.
The event was a wonderful way to bring movement and wellness into the community while creating an inviting space for people of all experience levels to participate. We loved spending the morning outdoors, meeting new people, and sharing the experience of moving together.
